Portable Blast Booths

The Aqua Miser® BBP-1000 Portable Blast Booth is designed for high pressure water blasting and containment utilizing a 48″ diameter rubber coated stainless steel turntable capable of supporting 2,500 lb distributed workload with optional manual or air powered rotation. The unit is constructed of corrosion resistant materials with foam core side panels and an all stainless steel interior that can withstand a 40,000 psi water blast. Sealed lighting fixtures provide ample interior lighting. Optional viewing windows and hinged doors are available. An opening between the doors provides an inlet for make-up air and allows the operator to blast when the doors are in the closed position. A roof tube axial fan is used to drive air through the system’s moisture elimination baffles and aluminum mesh filters before being exhausted. Wastewater collected in the base reservoir is pumped out to an external filtration system (available separately). An optional stand alone Air Recycling System is also available. The booth is self contained and designed to sit on a concrete floor. It is fully portable using a standard forklift.
